Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct household and business surveys to assess loan eligibility, onboard new clients, form groups, and evaluate guarantors by visiting their homes.
- Prepare loan proposals, ensure complete documentation for disbursement, and facilitate deposit mobilization and client enrollment in digital services.
- Follow up on loan repayments to ensure clients meet their obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of loans, deposits, and digital enrollments; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; ensure proper filing of all client-related documents.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, local leaders, and communities, delivering excellent customer service and promoting BRAC Uganda Bank’s model.
- Continuously learn and apply BRAC values, along with the bank’s policies and procedures, to enhance service delivery, client relations, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Microfinance, or any other related field.
- Must be a fresh graduate from university or college.
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write reports.
