C-Care is a leading medical care provider in the Indian Ocean region, committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services. This role is essential in maintaining service excellence across multiple IMC facilities in Uganda.

Overall Job Purpose:
The Branch Supervisor will ensure the smooth operation of clinic activities, managing daily functions in line with C-Care standards. This role focuses on delivering efficient service while maintaining a high standard of clinical and administrative quality for optimal client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic/hospital operations to ensure efficient healthcare service delivery.
• Monitor workflow and patient flow, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely updating of Center Licensing.
• Maintain standards of hygiene, lighting, ambience, and facility upkeep (including electric, plumbing, and carpentry repairs).
• Implement phone management protocols, ensuring proper controls and etiquette.
• Oversee the arrangement and content of care pathways and notice boards.
• Manage facility equipment (TVs, water dispensers) and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Ensure security measures for staff and clients and maintain records confidentiality.
• Supervise supplies from stores, including ordering, receipt, and accountability.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare administration or clinic management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client care.
• Proficiency in records management and familiarity with healthcare policies.
