Job Summary:
Movit Products Uganda is hiring six Salon Account Supervisors to join its salon-focused team. This role is suited for experienced hairdressers who excel in optimizing salon operations and fostering client relationships to improve business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee salon operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to optimize salon performance and attract new clientele.
- Maintain relationships with salon clients and handle their feedback and concerns.
- Train and support salon staff to enhance service quality and achieve targets.
- Prepare regular reports on salon performance and customer trends.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hairdressing or Cosmetology.
- At least 2 years of experience as a hairdresser.
- Proficiency in local languages relevant to the specific region.
- Proven experience in salon operations management and customer service.
