Job Summary:
Movit Products Uganda is seeking 39 Salon Account Developers to join their dynamic salon team. This role focuses on expanding salon accounts and ensuring that Movit’s products are well represented in salons across multiple regions. The ideal candidates are passionate, results-driven individuals with a background in hairdressing and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Expand and develop salon accounts in the assigned region to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and hairdressers.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and increase product distribution.
- Ensure that Movit’s products are prominently displayed and used in partnered salons.
- Provide training and support to salon staff on how to best utilize Movit products.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Hairdressing or Cosmetology.
- At least 1 year of experience as a hairdresser.
- Fluency in the local language(s) of the region applied for.
- Proven track record in expanding salon accounts and building client relationships.
Work Locations:
Kabale, Mbarara, Ibanda, Masaka, Mubende, Fort Portal, Hoima, Kampala, Entebbe, Kawempe, Lira, Arua, Gulu, Iganga, Mbale, Soroti, Mukono, Jinja, Luwero.
