Job Summary:

EarthEnable is seeking a Customer Sales Officer to promote and sell the company’s products and services. The role involves direct interaction with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about sales.

Reports to:

Sales Unit Leaders

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and other performance metrics as set by your line manager.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer use.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and marketing.
• Work experience in the construction industry.
