Job Overview:

School Monitor Technologies Ltd is seeking a Graduate Trainee Accounts Assistant who is eager to gain practical experience in accounting and financial management. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to develop their skills in a professional environment.

Key Details:

  • Duration: 3 months (with potential for permanent employment based on performance)
  • Monthly Retainer: Provided during the trainee period

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets
  • Perform data entry and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Help manage invoices, expenses, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations in collaboration with the finance team

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
