Job Description:
Double Q Company Limited is seeking a full-time Internal Auditor to join their team in Kampala. The Internal Auditor will conduct internal audits, analyze financial operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that company operations comply with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting internal audits of financial operations and business processes.
• Identifying areas for operational and financial improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
• Providing recommendations for enhancing internal controls and risk management.
• Preparing detailed audit reports for management review.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of existing internal controls.
• Assisting with external audits as required.
• Collaborating with different departments to implement audit recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in internal auditing or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
• Membership in an Internal Audit Institution.
• CPA/ACCA certification is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
