Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business development, grants management, or international development.
- Proven experience in fundraising and managing donor relationships.
- Experience handling multi-million-dollar grant proposals and awards.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Familiarity with US government donors (e.g., USAID) and multilateral institutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (Fluency in French is a plus).
