Job Summary:
The Relationship Officer SME & Corporate is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with SME and Corporate clients by offering tailored financial solutions that promote business and revenue growth.
Academic Qualifications:
- A university degree in Finance, Marketing, Banking, or any related field.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in relationship management, business development, or sales.
- Proven ability in direct selling, sales, and relationship management.
- Capable of working independently, managing tasks effectively, and meeting targets in a dynamic banking environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic credit analysis skills with relevant business exposure.
- Analytical skills to review financial statements, interpret data, and offer financial recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
