Job Overview
Sio Valley Technologies is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Programme in various departments, including Finance, Procurement, Production, and Administration. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop critical skills, and work alongside a supportive team in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities (Production Department)
- Assist in planning and scheduling production activities to ensure timely delivery and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production lines to maintain efficiency and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to identify areas for improvement and ensure product quality.
- Support inventory management by tracking materials and coordinating with the procurement team for restocking.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing waste.
Skills and Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
