Job Overview:

Jubilee Health Insurance Company of Uganda Limited is seeking to recruit 5 young, competent, energetic, flexible, and committed individuals for the position of Bancassurance Sales Officers. The successful candidates will report directly to the Bancassurance Manager.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide servicing and after-sales support to all Jubilee Health clients.
• Organize and coordinate morning hurdles to sensitize bank staff.
• Manage client portfolios to ensure high persistency rates.
• Prospect and enlist potential clients for Jubilee Health Insurance.
• Serve as a liaison between Jubilee Health Insurance and clients for policy-related communications.
• Provide guidelines to ensure business retention and growth.
• Regularly report to management on key action areas in your work.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on marketing activities and their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Retail Sales Manager on overall business acquisition strategies.
• Distribute information to various branches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales.
• Experience in managing a team is preferred.

Remuneration:

Bancassurance Sales Officers will receive a monthly retainer along with commission payments for sales closed. JHICU also offers competitive reward schemes in addition to commissions.
