Africentre Microfinance is seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Relations Officer to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers through various communication channels, providing essential product and service information, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from customers and staff: Address customer queries and provide information.
  • Educate customers about products and services: Ensure customers have a full understanding of our offerings.
  • Make and receive calls: Proactively communicate with customers.
  • Actively participate in team meetings: Contribute to team goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records: Ensure data management and customer files are precise.
  • Engage in sales activities: Drive customer engagement and product promotions.
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues: Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff: Welcome office visitors and assist them accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback: Track customer experiences and feedback.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns: Support marketing efforts through promotional activities.
  • Provide support for office administration tasks: Help with basic office duties like managing the reception area and handling deliveries.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be 30 years or younger at the time of application.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including the MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards.
