Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Agent who can effectively blend interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and sales expertise to engage potential clients and close deals. This role, in partnership with FIIINDIT, will involve prospecting new clients, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our wellness clinic.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction through CRM software.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, overcoming objections and closing sales effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Plan and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their benefits and competitive advantages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align messaging and service delivery.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree/diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with self-learning experiences are encouraged to apply.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record as a sales agent or in a similar role with consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing market trends and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive in seeking out new business opportunities.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to handle objections gracefully.
Work Environment:
Sales agents may work in various environments, including office settings, remote locations, or on-site with clients. The role may require travel to meet clients or attend industry events and trade shows.
