Job Summary:
The Project Manager – Clinical Research will be responsible for overseeing clinical research activities at JCRC’s headquarters in Lubowa. The candidate will manage clinical research projects, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will also be in charge of coordinating teams, resources, and project-related activities to facilitate high-quality research outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Plan, initiate, and manage clinical research projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet research and regulatory standards.
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Coordination:
- Lead and supervise clinical research teams.
- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders, including sponsors, regulatory bodies, and team members.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain project documentation and submit timely progress reports to sponsors and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
- A relevant degree in clinical research, public health, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in managing clinical research projects.
- Familiarity with clinical trials, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a research setting.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
