Job Summary:
Sokoni Africa Limited is offering a Procurement and Logistics Graduate Internship for recent graduates eager to gain practical experience in procurement and logistics. The intern will assist in various procurement processes, logistics management, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiations, and managing purchase orders.
- Support inventory management and logistics operations.
- Maintain and communicate with suppliers regarding procurement needs.
- Process and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement and logistics team.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in procurement and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
