Job Summary:
Sokoni Africa Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that products and services meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will develop quality management processes, conduct audits, and initiate improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and create action plans to enhance quality performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities.
- Train employees on quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
