Job Description:
The Corporate Credit Manager is responsible for supporting the credit risk process by carrying out comprehensive and high-quality credit risk functions within the credit lifecycle. The goal is to ensure shared growth within the parameters of internal policies and external regulations, focusing on Growth Business clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Risk Management: Conducting quality credit risk assessments and reviews. Managing credit risks proactively for clients. Developing data-driven strategies and facilitating the credit sanctioning process to ensure responsible risk decisions.
- Data and Systems Management: Producing and analyzing management information and insights.
- Governance: Ensuring adherence to the bank’s credit philosophy and relevant legislation.
- Customer Management: Investigating and resolving escalated customer complaints.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
- Professional Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications in banking, finance, or risk management.
Key Skills:
- Strong risk management capabilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and credit systems management.
- Familiarity with governance and banking regulations.
- Excellent customer management and problem-solving skills.
