Job Title: Training Manager
Organization: Platinum Credit (U) Ltd
Location: Head Office, Kampala

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys, employee interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures.
- Develop training materials such as manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars that educate and inspire.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
- Manage and oversee the training budget.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments to identify training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Manager for at least five (5) years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Qualification in Training of Trainers and Coaching.
- Strong training content development and report writing skills.
