Job Overview
The Rookies Development Manager will oversee the Rookies Development Program and manage the team responsible for driving the productivity of rookies. The role involves reviewing the program criteria annually, conducting monthly training sessions, maintaining a database of rookies, and facilitating communication between rookies and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Rookies Development Program
- Review and update program criteria and content annually
- Manage the Rookies team and ensure productivity
- Conduct monthly training sessions
- Maintain an updated database of all rookies
- Provide feedback on rookies’ performance and progress
Core Competences:
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
