Autocom Japan is seeking 16 Auto (Car) Sales and Marketing Executives to join their dynamic team. As the 3rd largest used car exporter from Japan, Autocom Japan has been expanding its presence in Uganda and is looking for talented individuals to contribute to its growth.
Duties:
- Sell Used Cars: Focus on selling used cars imported from Japan and increasing market share in Uganda.
- Prospecting and Expansion: Identify and target new customers across Uganda to expand sales.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Acquisition: Engage with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year in Sales and Marketing within the Auto (Car) industry.
- Preferred Gender: Female candidates are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Must speak English and Luganda.
- Internet and Social Media Skills: Proficient in using search engines and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving sales goals and delivering results.
Education Requirements:
- Qualifications: Sales and Marketing related qualifications preferred.
- Age Requirement: 20 – 30 years.
