Prestige Driving School is an institution that caters to all driving needs, from first-time learners to experienced drivers. Our instructors are highly skilled, using training materials and interactive aids to make learning easier, enjoyable, and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Lead marketing activities at the branch.
- Manage company assets at the branch, including vehicles, furniture, fittings, and office equipment.
- Handle petty cash management and prepare daily petty cash utilization reports.
- Issue receipts to clients and manage sales transactions.
- Supervise branch staff, addressing any performance or disciplinary issues with the Head of Human Resource.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by interacting with clients, gathering feedback, and reporting complaints to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of all vehicles at the branch and report maintenance needs to the Fleet Manager promptly.
- Manage fuel accountability, ensuring lesson counts match fuel usage.
- Coordinate timely payment of branch bills in liaison with the Head of Finance.
- Manage student time tracking and reconcile with instructor logs and mileage analysis.
- Prepare weekly performance reports.
- Submit client documents and ensure proper delivery to the head office and intended users.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Maintain an updated stock register of sold items, such as highway code books, learners’ permits, and road sign charts.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, or any business-related field.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Demonstrated team leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals.
