Job Purpose:
The Senior Financial and Data Modeler will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models to support business strategy and decision-making. This role involves ensuring adherence to the Model Governance Framework and collaborating with other analytical areas.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, validate, deliver, review, maintain, and enhance financial models across various risk areas (Credit, Market, Operational, Price, Liquidity).
- Collaborate with quantitative and analytical teams, including forecasting, stress testing, and innovations in Machine Learning and AI.
- Train end users to effectively utilize model outputs for strategic decisions.
- Prepare and communicate model development documents to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with model development policies, data governance frameworks, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated with industry best practices and technical developments in financial modelling.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematical Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Quantitative Economics/Econometrics.
- Professional qualifications in FRM, CFA, ACCA are advantageous.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk, Market Risk Model Development, or Model Validation.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python/R, SQL, Visual Basic).
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills.

Job Purpose:
The Manager Lending Products will oversee product lifecycle management, innovation, and customer experience across lending products. This role includes identifying customer needs, managing product development, and driving financial and market performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define and execute retail lending value propositions by understanding customer needs.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from idea to market.
- Lead commercialization initiatives and track product performance.
- Analyze financial aspects of lending products and drive profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and sales initiatives.
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to lending products.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6-8 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in lending product management.
- Knowledge of product marketing principles and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial forecasting and business modelling.
- Proficiency in computer software including spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools.

- Creativity in problem-solving and strong mathematical/statistical skills.
Job Title: Data Engineer
Reporting To: Head of Data and Insights
Job Purpose:
As a Data Engineer, you will focus on integrating data from multiple sources, developing data pipelines, and creating algorithms to enhance the utility of raw data for the enterprise.
Key Accountabilities:
- Build and optimize data pipelines to ingest data into the Data warehouse.
- Develop and refine ETL/ELT procedures for effective data orchestration.
- Evaluate business needs and create datasets to meet objectives.
- Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
- Research and implement best practices for data management and Master Data Management.
- Enhance data quality and reliability, and explore opportunities for data acquisition.
- Develop analytical tools and collaborate with data scientists and modelers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Formal Certification in Data Science, Big Data, or Data Analytics.
- At least two years of experience working with multiple data sources in IT or Finance.
- Strong commitment, integrity, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Skills in managing large datasets and effective communication.
