Maintenance Supervisor Full-time
Overview of the Position: Responsible for scheduling and supervising all maintenance-related work.
Key Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Certificates in a related field with at least 10 years of experience handling plant maintenance projects will be considered.
- 10 years of proven work experience in repairs and maintenance of heavy equipment on construction projects.
- Advanced knowledge in tire lubrication, machine assembling point welding, preventive maintenance, tire assembly and disassembly, tire repair, and tire pressure.
- Excellent supervisory, planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and report activities effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Earthworks and Drainage Superintendent Full-time
Overview of the Position: Responsible for supervising earthworks operations on the production site.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field with 10 years of experience in a related role.
- Advanced knowledge of surface mobile and civil equipment management.
- Proficiency in tool & equipment safety.
- Capable of leading and managing craft and non-craft employees.
Piling Rig Operator Full-time
Overview of the Position: Responsible for operating piling rig equipment.
Key Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Valid competence certificate in the Operation of Piling Rigs with safety training.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven work experience using piling equipment.
- Knowledge of piling and micro piling techniques.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
Site Manager (Earthworks and Infrastructure) Full-time
Overview of the Position: Responsible for overseeing structural works on the project.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 15 years of proven work experience overseeing construction projects, particularly in Earthworks, Infrastructure, and Concrete structures.
- Professional knowledge in civil construction management, rehabilitation, and urban planning.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
