- Lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department.
- Hiring, interviewing, and training staff.
- Administering pay, benefits, and leave.
- Enforcing company policies and practices.
- Performance management and succession planning.
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a reputable company or organization.
- Must be computer literate.
