Job Description:
Dei BioPharma Ltd is seeking a qualified Head of Sales and Marketing on a full-time basis to lead a team of salesmen in promoting the company’s different products in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Head of Sales and Marketing or in a similar senior sales role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
