Equity Bank Uganda is hiring for the following full-time positions:
1. Business Growth & Development Managers
- Vacancies: 3
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the banking sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
2. Relationship Managers SME
- Vacancies: 6
- Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients.
- Provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs.
- Monitor and evaluate client performance.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in relationship management or SME banking.
- Strong understanding of SME banking products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Business Intelligence Lead – Commercial
- Vacancies: 1
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of commercial data.
- Develop business intelligence strategies and tools.
- Provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
