Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Activation:
- Involve in acquiring new clients, activating them, generating revenue, and achieving referrals for Stre@mline products and services.
- Collaborate with a team to achieve set targets.
- Promote Stre@mline products and services to generate leads.
- Business Development:
- Conduct business development activities for select clients.
- Present and demo Stre@mline products to clients.
- Client Support:
- Provide exceptional client support.
- Collect feedback from customers and the market to contribute to continuous innovation.
- Maintain client records.
- Sales Process:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding prices, payment modes, etc.
- Prepare weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Degree in Business Computing, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in the health sector is an added advantage.
- Experience with consultative sales processes.
- Demonstrated initiative in previous engagements.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Technology savvy with a clear understanding of how information systems operate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient I.T. and computer skills.

Onboarding:
- Undergo 3 months of probation training at the Stre@mline office in Kampala to master the products and sales processes.
- Confirmation upon completing the probation period.
Compensation:
- Monthly retainer fee of UGX 2,000,000.
- Substantial rewards from a generous commission scheme.
Reporting:
- You will report to the Sales Director.
