Description: We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Supervisor to lead our retail operations. The Showroom Supervisor will be responsible for managing showroom activities, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a passion for driving sales and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Showroom Supervisor or similar role in retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
