Job Summary:
Provide specialist advice and support for day-to-day work to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications:
- Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Experience with merchant support and customer service.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using banking software and technology.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to generate and analyze reports.
