Job Description
Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education:
   • Degree or equivalent (additional certifications in hospitality management related is a plus).
2. Experience:
   • Proven experience of 2 years and above in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
   • Knowledge of Christian hospitality principles and practices.
3. Communication Skills:
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
   • Ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management.
4. Leadership:
   • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
   • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
5. Customer Service:
   • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
   • Ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
6. Organizational Skills:
   • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
   • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards.
7. Must be a mature and committed Christian of high integrity.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Dining Operations:
   • Oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
2. Staff Management:
   • Lead and motivate dining staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and cleaning personnel.
3. Customer Service:
   • Interact with guests professionally, ensuring their needs are met and handling inquiries and feedback.
4. Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with the Executive chef for menu planning, cost control, event planning, and special dietary requirements.
5. Effective Communication:
   • Communicate effectively with Hospitality Officer regarding supplies, staff discipline/training, innovation/improvement suggestions, customer feedback, and inventory management.
6. Adherence to Christian Values:
   • Uphold and promote Christian values and ethos in all interactions and operations.
   • Foster a spirit of hospitality reflective of Christian identity.
7. Other Duties:
   • Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
