Reelanalytics Uganda Limited is seeking an individual with a high level of self-motivation and drive to join our client service team in Kampala, Uganda. The individual will be responsible for serving as a liaison between the business and our customers.
Role Description:
The role primarily involves addressing client queries, managing complaints, up-selling, cross-selling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include understanding customer requirements, providing adequate solutions, and sometimes escalating complex issues to the relevant departments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Address client queries promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Perform up-selling and cross-selling activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand and analyze customer requirements.
- Provide adequate solutions to customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of CRM systems and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional communication and presentation to clients.
- Stay calm, organized, polite, and efficient under pressure.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of work experience in a client service position.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to stay calm, organized, polite, and efficient under pressure.
- Active listening and strong phone contact management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and procedures.
- Customer service focus and the capacity to adapt to and respond to a variety of personalities.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
