Key Responsibilities:

1. Obtain security documents as per approval terms and conditions, ensuring submission to legal for registration.
2. Maintain proper custody and filing of all security documents.
3. Conduct periodic reviews of legal documents with the Legal department.
4. Make copies of registered documents and organize them in respective files.
5. Utilize the advances plus platform to follow up on ticklers with RM/ROs.
6. Update the advances plus platform daily for accurate data.
7. Address customer queries regarding credit facilities within agreed turnaround times.
8. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outstanding alerts.
9. Prepare monthly CRB reports and review/update credit reports on the Credit Reference Bureau.
10. Ensure compliance with approval conditions and covenant monitoring.
11. Maintain CA, PP, and security document registers.
12. Prepare and review credit files, availment tickets, and conduct collateral inspections.
13. Ensure timely return of files taken by RMs.
14. Prepare the IFRS 9.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years banking experience.
• Practical experience in MS Office applications.
• University degree in business-related areas or equivalent.
• ACCA/CPA certification is an added advantage.
