About the Position: USAID/Uganda is inviting qualified Ugandans to apply for the position of Project Management Specialist (HIV/AIDS Care & Treatment). This role involves providing personal services under contract to support HIV/AIDS care and treatment programs in Uganda.

- Salary Range: UGX 219,900,268 to 324,611,127 per annum (equivalent to FSN-12)

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, international development, social sciences).
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in project management, preferably in the field of HIV/AIDS care and treatment or public health.
- Knowledge of HIV/AIDS programming, including treatment protocols, prevention strategies, and community engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community-based organizations.
- Experience working with USAID-funded projects or other international development organizations is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other local languages spoken in Uganda is an advantage.
