Job Purpose: The Corporate Relationship Manager will be responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within assigned market segments. They will contribute to the business growth of the Corporate Banking unit by providing customized products/solutions and cross-selling other Bank products and services to enhance value-add relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business development: Manage and retain existing relationships, generate new business, increase customer base, and actively cross-sell bank products and services.
2. Relationship management: Effectively perform Account Relationship Management tasks to maintain customer relations, reduce complaints, and retain existing customers.
3. Develop strategies for maintaining and further penetrating the existing client base and execute the strategy through calls, visits, needs assessment, account plans, customer qualification, and follow-up meetings.
4. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly administration and business performance reports.
5. Customize and implement transactional banking solutions based on customer needs.
6. Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
7. Structure compelling solution proposals demonstrating a thorough understanding of each client’s requirements and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
• Ability to analyze financial data and interpret market trends.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
