GARD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance & Administration to guide the organization towards long-term sustainability and impact. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Experience working with NGOs or development projects is an advantage
