Job Summary: We are seeking creative and enthusiastic graduates to join us as Graduate Trainees. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in supervising shoe-making operations and managing team members.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day operations of team members
- Ensuring the shoe-making process meets quality standards
- Developing, reviewing, and improving operating methods
- Maintaining workplace supplies and equipment
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress
- Engaging in educational opportunities to enhance skills
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Effective coaching and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to pursue further education and skill development
