Duties And Responsibilities:

• Seek and educate potential Boda Loan customers on Mogo Loans SMC Ltd and its Boda Boda loan products.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Follow up on payment commitments made by customers to ensure compliance.
• Administer Boda loans and monitor all loan repayments to manage portfolio quality effectively.
• Screen and enroll eligible customers for Boda Boda loans.
• Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Answer customers’ questions and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Analyze competitors, products, and procedures for better delivery by Mogo Loans SMC Ltd.
• Provide regular feedback to the Branch Manager on customer acquisition, repayments, and retention.
• Follow up with defaulting customers to maintain an acceptable Portfolio at Risk level.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Education Economics, or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of working experience as a loans officer or in the Microfinance Industry. Age between 22 and 32 years.
• Proven performance track record with a clean background.
• Familiarity with the Boda Boda Industry preferred.
• Riding experience and possession of a valid riding/driving permit with class A.
• High level of discipline and integrity.
