Role Overview: As a Direct-to-consumer (DTC) Associate at Badili Africa, you will play a pivotal role in managing the DTC sales channel for the company. This position involves developing sales strategies, selling products or services directly to customers, managing e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales data, coordinating with production and logistics teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and managing social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement DTC Sales Strategies.
- Manage E-commerce Platforms.
- Analyze Sales Data.
- Coordinate with Production and Logistics Teams.
- Ensure Seamless Customer Experience.
- Manage Social Media Accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DTC (preferably in electronics and/or consumer goods), e-commerce management, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, social media management tools, CRM applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
