Position: Sub Programme Officer (2)
Location: Kampala, Uganda

The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development seeks Sub Programme Officers for the PSD Programme.
Responsibilities:
- Support PSD sub programmes and Technical Working Groups
- Facilitate meetings and reviews
- Assist in project identification, costing, and implementation
- Draft performance reports and support research
Requirements:
- 6+ years in Private Sector Development, 3+ years in management
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s preferred
- Strong technical skills in management, analysis, and Microsoft Office
- Behavioral competencies including integrity and communication
