Job Summary:
The Area Manager will oversee sales and operational activities, providing leadership and direction to the sales team within their designated area. They will be responsible for implementing strategies to achieve sales growth, market share, stakeholder relationship management, and people management in their assigned branches.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline.
- A postgraduate qualification in a related field is desirable.
- Professional certification in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the financial services sector, with at least three years in regional management or department supervisory roles in sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a high-performance culture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, driven, and energetic.
