- Recent experience in store keeping and management
- Supplier evaluation and contract negotiation skills
- Analytical skills and procurement expertise
- Contract management knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the hotel industry or hospitality procurement is a plus
