Main Purpose of the Job (Job Summary): The Officer – Agency Services will be responsible for assisting in processing policies, providing administrative support to agents, maintaining data related to agency operations, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Main Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Process new policies, policy changes, renewals, and terminations accurately.
- Provide administrative support to agents.
- Track and record agent incentives.
- Maintain and update data related to agency operations.
- Support Branch/Agency Infrastructure.
- Monitor agent performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support marketing initiatives for life insurance products.
Corporate Governance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Implement data protection and privacy practices.
- Participate in audits and internal control assessments.
- Stay updated with insurance regulations and underwriting best practices.
Job Specifications:
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage.
- LOMA/CII/IIK Qualification is an added advantage.
Relevant Experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of retail life and pensions products, policies, and regulations.
