Job Description:
EKAMI BUSINESS ENTERPRISES LIMITED (EBEL) is looking for a motivated and communicative Field Operations Officer to join our team in Kampala. As a Field Operations Officer, you will play a vital role in our microfinance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate field operations activities, including client visits, loan disbursements, and collections.
- Provide leadership and guidance to field staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Monitor and evaluate field operations performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of field operations activities and report findings to management.
