Job Description:
- Assist in the implementation of the Generating Growth Opportunities and Productivity for Women Enterprises (GROW) Project.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle inquiries and incoming requests and effectively manage communication.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records and documents.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
