Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and skilled Field Sales Representative to join our Sales Team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust sales strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. As a successful sales representative, you will source new sales opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Your role will be pivotal in increasing revenues by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, generating leads, and overseeing the sales of products/services. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- “Get the Sale” by utilizing various customer sales techniques
- Forecast sales, develop innovative sale methodologies, and assess their effectiveness
- Attract new clients through strategic sales processes
- Evaluate client needs, skills, and build lasting productive relationships
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with other sales representatives to discuss best sales techniques
- Research specific accounts and follow up/generate sales leads
- Attend sales events, meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments
- Provide feedback to senior management using statistics
- Expand and maintain the client database within the assigned territory
- Generate daily and monthly sales reports
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- BS/BA degree in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field
- Proven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role
- Candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience will also be considered
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Track record of achieving assigned sales quotas
- Hands-on experience with CRM and other software
- Knowledge of various sales methodologies and pipeline management
- Proficient in MS Office Tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual
