Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the management of the Bank’s IT Hardware Infrastructure to support operational and customer service strategic objectives. Oversees efficient allocation of computer/server hardware and software resources, ensuring reliability and sustainability of technology hardware infrastructure and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of networking, server administration, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in managing a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Unix Systems Officer
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Manager, IT Infrastructure
Grade: HFB 4A

Job Purpose:
Responsible for installing, configuring, and optimizing the performance of computer hardware systems in Unix enterprise environments and/or Linux operating systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA Linux+ or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and system troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
