About the Position:

General Duties:

• Attend to day-to-day transport requests.
• Prepare driver schedules based on transport requests.
• Oversee efficient running, fuel utilization, maintenance, and repairs of all fleet across the country.
• Liaise with external parties for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts procurement.
• Ensure drivers can locate destinations using physical and digital maps.
• Motivate, train, coach, and support staff.
• Ensure timely dispatch of stocks and shipments.
• Submit daily reports to the CGM and other relevant information.
• Manage the Lancet courier sample tracking systems.

Fleet Management:

• Ensure all vehicles and bikes have valid licenses.
• Address transport-related issues promptly.
• Liaise with external parties for vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Ensure all company fleet are in good working condition.
• Monitor transport and fuel costs to prevent misuse.

Route Management:

• Implement Lancet-Online on all company fleet.
• Manage couriers and routes effectively.
• Supervise sample collection from various sites.
• Coordinate with drivers for efficient navigation.

Team Management:

• Supervise transport department staff.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment and assessment.
• Recruit and interview couriers and drivers.
• Develop and maintain an efficient transport service.
