Job Description:
We’re hiring Service & Sales Consultants to join our team in various regions including Luwero, Mityana, Mipigi, Kisoro, Kasese, Bwera, Buliisa, Moyo, Nebbi, Kitgum, Adjumani, Kotido, Moroto, Kamuli, and Iganga.
Service Consultants Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with cash, digital migration, and service-related matters to ensure a positive client experience.
Sales Consultants Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads and help personal customers with banking inquiries, from product questions to account activities, ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
- First Degree from a reputable university
- 1 year of experience in sales/customer service preferred
- Previous branch banking experience is advantageous
- Ability to speak local languages in specified regions is a plus
