1. Sales Agents (90)
Location: Mbarara (30), Jinja (30), & Kampala (30)
Role Purpose:
Sales Agents will be responsible for selling various products of Liberty Life Assurance Uganda.
Key Deliverables:
- Sell products and meet customer needs.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
- Adjust sales presentations based on the type of sales outlet.
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submit orders and keep management informed of activities.
- Monitor competition and recommend changes in products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain records.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in any field
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage

Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in sales
Remuneration:
- Commission payment for closed sales

2. Unit Managers (5)
Role Purpose:
Unit Managers will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Agents and segmenting the market to grow the company’s market share.
Key Deliverables:
- Recruit, retain, and manage sales agents
- Service and offer after-sales services to clients
- Organize and coordinate unit activities to grow the customer base
- Portfolio management for good persistency
- Prospect and enlist potential clients
- Liaise between Liberty Life Assurance and clients
- Provide guidelines for business retention and growth
- Training and leadership to sales agents
- Provide regular reports and business acquisition strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field

- Monthly retainer and commission for closed sales
