Sales Manager
Role Description: This full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager, located in Kampala, entails managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, identify business opportunities, and provide sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in the FMCG industry is a plus

Role Description: We are recruiting Sales Agents across Kampala and surrounding areas for a commission-based role.
MUJUNI VENTURES LTD aggregates raw milk from dairy farmers in western Uganda using modern collection, chilling, and transportation equipment, and processes it into dairy products. We are the producers of Too Good Yoghurt.
